If you are unhappy with your products we will issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned to us within 14 working days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags and in a re-saleable condition.
When returning products they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post, if the product is footwear, they must be returned in the original box and undamaged and unworn. All returns are at the discretion of mangagement.
Please insure goods accordingly when returning, as we (Kings and Dukes) take no responsibility for items lost in the post.
ALL ORDERS ARE CHECKED TO INSURE THEY LEAVE IN PRISTINE CONDITION, THEREFORE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK BEING MARKED/SOILED.
